What marina do you keep your boat at? I may have another buyer lined up for our 32Albemarle FB I hope this one goes thru, we've had several guys not come up with the cash over the last 8 mons. tradeing it in is in possible, so we have to sell to make a move. We picked up a 20 CC so we can run that inshore, but would probably sell both if we move into a more multipurpose boat like yours. I have a buyer set-up for the 20er if the Albe sells. Hopefully I can contact you soon with the money to make the deal now, your boat would be a perfect fit for us.  
Cwch, Does this boat have a generator? If so, what is the size? Also, it appears there is bottom paint on it. Please verify if there is bottom paint.
