"I like history, I like the names, I like Anglesey and there's nothing better than stwnshan I have a boat, and I got to do a lot of that while filming a series of summer here! "said Bedwyr Rees, who is a producer for Rondo and still live on the island.
"Since I was a child I'm interested in collecting names along the coast of Anglesey beaches, headlands, rocks and creeks. I'm not expert by far but I'm very interested in how the names opens the door to history, and how the names associated with legends and stories of shipwrecks and so on. "
"I'll ask Doctor David Owens of Llanfairynghornwy Newborough and Father Richards to name but two, and we'll hear the amazing stories behind names like the Cave of the March Blue Boat in Cemaes and the King's Gate Amlwch. Only parlance a lot of names here exist so the series has been an invaluable opportunity to have recorded a number of them before benneteau they get rusty. "
