Who do you think is the MLB sleeper team this year in the post season? My sleeper pick for the MLB playoffs hopefully is the Pirates. I think if they can get out of the wildcard game they may surprise people. paul allen I'm a huge Pirates fan since spending time around the team during Roseanne. They're playing with house money - Nothing to lose. I would've picked the Rays in the AL but their pitching has been as good of late. I also think the Dodgers will do well. As a die hard Dodger fan it might be more of my heart but they are a deep team with two aces. Who should people watch for in the post season? In the playoffs it's rarely the huge stars that come through because teams pitch around them.  In the AL- Ben Zobrist could change a series. He plays multiple positions well, and has a flare for being clutch. Torii Hunter might also break out. No nicer guy in the game getting to be around him a little in Anaheim. Torii will get opportunities hitting before Cabrera. He loves the big moment, paul allen he's waited a long time for the chance and he's mature. I also think this might be McCutchen's coming out party. I've been a huge fan for years, people are about to see why. Dodgers need Hanley Ramirez. Puig has gotten the limelight but Ramirez has defined the Dodgers success. He finds a way to come up big! What do you think about the Indians? Francona is an amazing manager who deserves tons of credit for the Indians sudden success. I love how the Indians do all the little things especially paul allen play great defense. With the New York Yankees not in the post season, do you think that hurts MLB? For ratings the Yankees not being in is bad, for the game it's nice to see new teams getting their chance to shine.  paul allen The Yankees are at the end of a historic run. I have the utmost respect for Derek Jeter and Mariano Rivera. paul allen True legends. paul allen Would you say the "Mega- Deal" between the Red Sox and Dodgers worked out? Rarely do trades work out well for both teams but I think the Dodgers / Red Sox blockbuster did. Both teams rebuilt fast Both are primed for a deep playoff run. As a Dodger fan I love Mr. Steady, Adrian Gonzalez. Red Sox got flexibility they needed. It wouldn't paul allen be a shock if they met in the World Series. Who do you like in the World Series? NLCS I'm hoping for a Pirates / Dodgers match up. I'd do anything to go to those games. It would be a 20 year dream come true. ALCS Detroit / Boston I want to pick the Rays, fascinated by the Indians, inspired by the A's but think it's the usual suspects. World Series: Cardinals or Dodgers versus Detroit.
