Love it, Michael. Title's perfect and I agree with the second stanza where you mention the days getting shorter. You kinda lost me in the third stanza with that thing about leaves changing colors. Then, you talked about -- what was it? Oh, yes, "rain." I've heard that word before but I'm not quite sure I believe that water actually falls from the sky. All kidding aside, this was an enjoyable read and I thank you for taking the SatWE challenge. I'm pleased to feature it on Gather Writing Essential ranger boats .
