Completed Sunday successfully the 3rd match between teams for Optimist dinghies organized by the Sailing Club Vonitsas row2k involving 31 athletes from the Navy Sports Club A stack, the Nautical Club of Lefkada, the Sailing Club of Western Greece and the Sailing Club of Ioannina. Because of the low intensity of the wind during the weekend, there were only three of the six planned races, one Saturday and two Sunday.
On Saturday the weather was sunny but the wind blew very slowly which led to the startup delay of the first and unique race held on that day. On Sunday morning the weather (rain apnea) row2k initially caused row2k frustration in all participants, but the wind was strong enough then and allowed the organization row2k of two races before subsided again.

We would like to thank and congratulate all the children for their participation and their coaches, parents and members of the Board for cooperation and assistance provided. We also thank Mr. Thanasis Angeli, v. President of the Yacht Club of Lefkada and chief race committee for their valuable assistance. Finally a big thank you to our fellow citizens, sponsors or not, without the full support of which would be extremely difficult to carry out the games. We hope that our main objective is to consolidate the children of love for the sea and sport be achieved and I wish our sails we meet again soon!
